Will my credit card details be safe if I purchase online?
Run Pure values your privacy. We work hard to ensure that your details are secure and we will never share them with any other third party unless required to do so by law. We use SSL technology to ensure your transaction is secure by encrypting communications between you and our servers. We do not store your credit card details. We use one of Australia’s leading payment providers – PaymentExpress – to process your transactions.

The course I want to do has finished, when can I start?
The Run Pure courses have been designed so that everyone starts together and finishes the program together. James runs multiple programs per year, so you can purchase a course or assessment at any time and start with the next round.
I have a specific injury, what should I do?
We recommend that you seek our physiotherapy services, or undertake a Running Assessment before embarking on one of the individualised community programs.
Will I be able to view all content on browsers?
Browser compatibility, best viewed in Chrome.
How much internet data will I use viewing the Run Pure online content?
Internet usage will differ, it will depend on the time spent watching and streaming content.
Can I share course content with others?
Our Run Pure memberships are for individuals only, they are not designed to be shared. Each membership has unique technique considerations, exercise recommendations and profile details. As a Run Pure member you are setting your own goals and commitments and these are unique to you.
A lot of time and effort and sweat has gone into providing the best possible content we can for our members, so sharing of this content with non members is strictly prohibited.
Does Run Pure have a health fund provider number?
Run Pure is a recognised physiotherapist under certain health funds in Australia. As each health fund has many different levels of cover which all pay differently, it’s best to contact your health fund to see if you are eligible. In addition to Run Pure providing a tax invoice/receipt.
