Your Running Assessment is our first look ‘Under The Hood’. It is where we will look at your body type, the way you move, the forces that go through your body and the mechanics that assist your running.
This is suitable for runners that are recently injured, have had recurrent injuries, want some direction with their running, want to improve their technique or want to move more efficiently. Maybe you want to improve your strength or speed and want to make sure you are doing it safely.
Many of us were taught to swim, or taught how to ride a bike. But how many of us can say we were taught to run? Even many of us who have already achieved great things in running! This is an opportunity.
