Run Pure is dedicated to making the world of running a better place. We work with ambitious runners of all levels who are having problems with reduced performance or recurrent injuries.

Problem

As many runners will attest to, having an injury or pain has almost become an accepted part of running. It has been estimated that up to 79% of runners may suffer an injury that limits their running in any given year. And for a proportion of these, injury can severely affect their enjoyment of running, or prevent it all together.

It is unknown what the running dropout rate due to injury is, however the story of frustration at injury recurrence and affected performance is consistently heard. Despite much wider access to the knowledge of ‘all things running’, the problems still exist and runners are more confused than ever.

Solution

Fortunately, there has never been a more exciting time for ambitious runners who are not able to perform to their potential. There has been a recent stream of research for providing effective management and prevention of running injuries. Run Pure is committed to bringing this information to the public, by providing a comprehensive injury management and rehabilitation system that is individualised for each runner.

For runners that are uninjured or have been fully rehabilitated, we have created a unique athletic development system to uncover their true potential through efficient technique, strengthening and customised training methods.
